The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) reported that on average it costs a company 6 to 9 months (or 50-75%) of an employee's salary to replace them depending on the role.

Disengaged employees have 37% higher absenteeism, 18% lower productivity and 15% lower profitability. From a dollars standpoint, that equates to 34% of an employee's annual salary lost.
